To ensure the best possible customer service that is also comprehensive, OP records telephone conversations. All telephone calls to and from OP are recorded to assure customer service excellence. The basis for all telephone calls lies in their confidentiality and in the secrecy of telephone communication.

OP personal telephone service at 0100 0500 (in Finnish):

  • Mobile charge based on your telephone service provider's price list or
  • Standard local charge.

Insurance telephone service at 0303 0303 (in Finnish):

  • From Finnish mobile phone subscriptions €0.0835 per call plus €0.17 per minute
  • From landline network €0.0835 per call plus €0.12 per minute

Phone services concerning statutory insurance

  • from a Finnish landline network cost the local call charge, and from mobile subscriptions the mobile call rate charged by teleoperators.
