Pohjola Health Advisor, health advice over the phone

Pohjola Health Advisor is a new service, providing OP's insurance customers with help on various health concerns. Now we also offer the same personal service on the phone for which you previously had to have an appointment at Pohjola Health.

Should I go and see a doctor? Who should I turn to?

If you find yourself asking either of the questions above, call Pohjola’s Health Advisor on 0100 5225. Answers are only a phone call away when you are concerned about your own or your child’s state of health.

This is how the service works

  • You will get clear instructions and advice on whether you should see a doctor.
  • If it is necessary to go and see a doctor, Pohjola’s Health Advisor will direct you straight to a suitable expert.
  • Pohjola Health Advisor can also renew your prescriptions.

All of your health advisors are seasoned professionals.

Opening hours

Pohjola’s Health Advisor telephone service is open on weekdays 7 am–11 pm and on weekends 10 am–5 pm. We’re ready here for your call!

The cost of the call is the same as for normal local calls or domestic mobile call charge as specified in your telephone service provider's price list.
